Hah what my tech told me actually, was ls or any other unix commands didn't even work, and it was due to your unix installation that caused the problem. Let me give you a tip if you restart the software and the problem stays, but then you reboot the server and its fixed. ITS NOT THE SOFTWARE, ITS THE SERVER.
And i would gladly like to see what my tech said it its different.. post away bozo. Oh and you may want to upgrade your freebsd installation, or well get your host too since i bet you don't even know what cvsup is. |

Maybe i am missing something, where on way2fast.com does it say 24/7 support?
I mean hiendhosting says 24/7 support but he doesn't host with us. The point of all of this is we gladly take care of our clients, when their is a problem with OUR software, over half of his problems had nothing to do with our software. |

Rolling my lead programmer, spent 6 HOURS wednesday trying to fix his so called problem, when i came in I asked what he was doing, and he said pornsuite was forcing him to find a problem, that he KNEW must be there. He was doing 25Mbps, so there must be warez posted or something.
After 2 minutes looking, I saw he was doing 750k uniques, with no headers or footers.. so long story short that was normal, but my programmer said he REFUSED to believe that. That translates to over $300 i spent on my programmer for no reason at all. |

And even so 24/7 emergency support doesn't include me having to spend a half hour on thanksgiving arguing that 30% cpu usage is not too much resources for 750k uniques, when i should have been with my family.

for $300 homefree was the best script!
it had all the features you could ever want, and somehow we pushed 300,000 hits a day on a p200mhz box with 256mb ram running linux...how amazing is that! hehe |

Ya we needed a better system then homefree, with a good bit of cheat features, as well as full real ftp support.. check out www.xwebhosting.com its currently running it and he is doing very well..
or his newest www.noheaders.com No traffic stealing, or advertising of any type, don't ask me how he plans to make any money But i host him, and i know its true |

see proggod...you got alot of clients, and they are happy, so somehow, make this one happy!
you seem like an alright guy, just need to fix up things. i know how hard it is to maintain selling scripts, hosting, etc. sometimes you get VERY jumpy clients but with good ethics, you can keep them in your pocket... |

homefree is good...but of course, if you plan on doing some major operations, a more high end solution would do (like yours)... but hey! i use to make $300 - $500 a day just off 404's from my freehost back in ohhhh, 98 or 99 you make bank on 404's from freehosts! |

rollin, i would still fix his problems if he had any more..
But i just lost it last night, thanksgiving night when i would rather be with my family, and he just wouldn't believe me that 30% cpu is fine. That combined with the numerous posts he had been doing over the past few days, and his interview on pornresources.. i just couldn't take it any more. what can i say, I am human |

I am going to bed as well, this is all pointless, if you have problems let me know. If you have emergency support problems, i don't mind my 24/7 guys fixing them. But let it be known that things like that should not be abused. Everyone in our company feels you do abuse them.
