Im not sure if the US allows for PARALLEL IMPORTS of pharmaceuticals. But you may want to research that term, it may have your answer since other countries like Korea, Vietnam, etc have differing prices due to Parallel imports (and the fact that the US drug companies make US consumers pay for the R & D costs of new drugs).

Yea for generics made in india, hell ive seen them go as low as $0.10 per 100mg pill. You could get some higher qaulity usa made generics for about $2 a pill but then you may run into trouble since pfizer patent has yet to expire. With Microsoft and Pfizer teaming up on spammers selling generics that could lead to some trouble.
