Juicy is Branded his name in the adult industry.

So when someone says "Juicy" in the Adult industry

They think of Chat Boards

The legal term for brand is trademark. A brand may identify one item, a family of items, or all items of that seller.

his name or likeness is not a brand because there is no readily identifiable product or service associated with it

while the juicy likeness may be recognizable, it is not a brand
