    5 Mbps or 10 Mbps?

It seems that 5 Mbps is enough up to 1600Gb/month technically.

If I need 1000 Gbytes per month, is 5Mbps non-burstable connection OK, or should I go for 10Mbps to make sure that visitors can access the sites properly at peak times?

I agree, if you look at your graph, that should tell you where you peak during busy times, thus letting you know if you do need it.

Well my current host doesn't offer graphs, only daily totals in text format.
I think I'll go for 5Mbps, and upgrade to 10Mbps if needed.
