                              Yes and there are programs out there that skirt the issue, even though they are technically 18 year old sites in the mix for underage traffic.

                              Bottom line is that it's out there and there are companies out there that will capitalise on this...

                              I do not like it, it's sick and wrong in so many ways and webmaster's that confuse the mixing of underage sites are definatly a hazard to our industry bringing in unwanted attention.

                                                  Theres always tons of 12-15yr old girls posing naked on free public webcam sites, it's sad... but it's a parenting problem.
