saw this on paidspots.com under 'webmaster labor'; is this for real or is he being sarcastic?

I know ive seen it on places like webhostingtalk.com forums, some hosting companies had outsourced their usernames cause people would request shit all the time and they would pay people from india to respond at all times of the day and night.
