    Listening to music on the computer.

    I find that listening to music on the computer and working for a long period of time is bad. I feel like i get brainwashed, after like 4 hours I can't even think. This happens especially when listening to hardhouse, rap or some other types of music.

    Does this happen to you?

                      Yeah... I've noticed that too.

                      Seriously, try turning down the volume to a "background-level" - just enough to be able to hear what they sing/rap about.

                      Might sound weird but it does make a difference, at least for me when I really need to focus...
                      It's almost like loud vocals call for Your attention, making You more alert on what You hear than what You're working with.
