    Are you looking to move up the adult industry chain...?

    I'm looking to partner with 2 people to start a webmaster program...

    it will contain 20 paysites, 2 tgp's, 200 hosted galleries and 20 forums/message boards all pushing the 20 paysites.
    Our members will receive access to all 20 niche site with a single membership. I need 1 programmer and 1 designer. Each of us gets 33% of profits with 1% going to charity. I'll do the marketing and collect more exclusive content than I already have. I also have all of the domains needed. The se's already love them.

    Notice how I didn't ask for any $$$. Just your skillz and time in exchange for 33% of the programs profits for life.

    I'm not a bigtime webmaster. You don't have to be either.

    Again, I need 1 programmer and 1 designer.

                          I wouldnt recommend anyone to jump on this. If you do not know how to market paysites, you can have 100 of them without making money. Also going in partnership with someone you dont know is plain stupid.

                                          My buddies are working on their own stuff. I don't want to do this all by myself. I want help so it won't consume every waking hour of my life. If it came down to that, I'd just stick with my seo studies.

I can also do all the stuff that a normal webmaster can do, and i can help you manage all your tgps, paysite and forums. Do you want to take a chance on me? I sware to god it will be the best choice you will ever make. I dont even want to get paid..only after you have realize that i am a hard worker and am good at what i do i want to get paid.                                                                               When I started planning all of this 3 years ago, I would not hear of a partner, yet alone 2,... but after hiring various programmers and designers... I got fed up. So my thinking was that a % would attract more of a professional team with a longterm overview of the biz.

                                                                              I wanted to be the man. But, it made me start losing my hair trying to juggle 9 content providers, 2 designers and a money hungry programmer.

                                                                              Fuck it, I'll take 2 partners. The harder they work, the more they make.

                                                                                  Yeah but in that case you dont involve, what normally should be employees of the companies in the management. In such cases you work together with a partner you know inside out and has the same amount of money to invest, this way you can hire employees ( such as designers and programmers ). Because the most designers/programmers who will jump on this deal do not have much experience in this business ( if they had it they wouldnt jump on this deal because they didnt have enough time ). So you get a management of with almost to non experience, do not forget about the responsibility when the program fails.

                                                                                          Like in my post above, the percentage only attract the lower chamber(s) of the design industry. You can hire envisionext or webinc they will do the job perfect and intime for you, they are more exspensive but professional as you requested. Same counts for the programmer, tons of professional programmers to be found.
