I use to call my partner in the glass repair business "El Guapo", from the movie Three Amigos. He was a Tex Mex. Everytime I called him that around other Mex's, they would laugh. He wasn't very good looking, my partner. I found out that the term El Guapo (if thats the correct spelling) means The Good Looking one.

spanish and mexican are two different things.. just so most of you know... some spanish people will take great offense if you call them mexican, and vice versa..

Cholo, Hispanic, Latino, Mexican, Pachucos, theres actually alot of words that some people prefer or prefer not to be known as rather than "mexican" or "spanish"

kinda interesting the amount of people that I've met over time that prefer different things...
