The Jazz had every chance in the world to win a title. It wasn't just the two years they lost to the Bulls. They lost multiple times in the West Conf finals also.

Sloan should have been fired at some point too. The Jazz were certainly one of the great teams of the ninties, but failed to go all the way. Blame it on Sloan and their GM for never really making the necessary trades.
