CCbill/visa setup process...
Could some brave soul explain to me how is the process for starting processing with ccbill like? i couldn't find that info at their site..
as far as i know i need to incorporate in the US and i'm doing that as i type, also the $750 fee, any other requirements? (US address for 2257?, model releases?, site up for review?)  |
