I Need a Toronto Lawyer! Any referrals?
Hi Guys. I'm looking for a good lawyer here in Toronto. We are currently setting up a company and office and would like to know if anybody here has a good lawyer they can recommend. The purpose of the lawyer would be helping us set up the company, contracts, advice etc. No litigation.

shap, we use Gardiner Roberts LLP for our legals. http://www.gardiner-roberts.com/ David Epstein assisted us with our company formation and was very helpful with general advice.

http://www.davis.ca/ can't go wrong with them. i've used a couple different lawyers from their vancouver office and they were great.
