Holy Crap!
Either they took away a huge truckload of wine, or they had some MEGA$ bottles in the storeroom...

They're probably going to sell it? Find the buyer, find the goods? I have no idea. Why else would somebody steal wine?

he's hired some private investigators, as well, he is very well connected in the wine industry... because yeah, it sounds like it was a professional job, to be sold to another collector so he's hoping to still get them back.

Unlike gold, you can't exactly melt down wine.

The 1945 Lafite was the most expensive of all the wines taken, priced at $7,000."

Ok, I know there are some bottles of wine that can cost quite a bit, but at $200k, that has to be a fair amount of bottles to transport.
Once you go passed one bottle of wine, they start to be pretty heavy to lug around.
That heist must have taken some planning.
