Yeah it's good excersise but a pain in the ass, i think i might be the one and only who dislikes it.

I do it once a week at my gym.
I originaly started it so I could meet more women (im the only guy in the class not counting the gay dude) Thing is...Ive come to really enjoy it! Its a great cardio and toning workout... plus fitness chicks in tight short spandex is nice!!! |

I bought the DVD's last year, managed to stick with it for a month, very intense workout when you get to the advance level. kept me sore all day, especially abdomen.
But alas, like every other exercise thing I started, I got sick of it and never did it agian. I used to make fun of my girlfriend for doing tae bo in front of the TV. She just said "If you think it's so fucking easy, you do it with me. Just once!". So I did. It absolutely kicked my ass. My arms were so sore I couldn't even whack off. Tae bo has my seal of approval for a good workout.

my daughter alternates tae bo with yoga, and is now complaining that none of her clothes fit her anymore. She has toned and trimmed up a lot. has really built up her stamina too. guess it works
