well lower the carbs to start, pasta corn milk bread cereal, just look at the labels. exercise, and watch the calories too, no more reg soda, diet only, eat more meat but they do make books that have the carb count for food, you can get it in walmart its one of those atkinsons diet books

eat nothing but turkey, potatos, chicken, carrots, apples, oranges and drink lots of water. Stay away from anything with more than 5 g of fat and any products with sugar or frutcose. You'll drop that shit fast

you dont need a website, just:

-walk everyday for 45 mins (6 days a week, 1 day resting)
                -no soda ...PERIOD!
-no fast food at all (not even salads, McDonalds salads have sugar believe it or not)
-do 20 crunches a day (to tighten up your skin as you lose weight)
-eat 5-7 SMALL meals....example: cereal, bananna, granola bar, 1 burger (no fries), etc

the more TIMES you eat, the more your metabolism boosts up. just dont eat a full meal, just alot of little ones.

the thing is I can not work out due to my back injury
I am in psychial therapy twice a week to help with that
losing some of my weight will help with my back aswell so that is why i gotta drop some weight to speed the process up some

I know the carb thing and all that but i know it is more than JUST DONT EAT CARBS

i know i need to eat a certant amount of cal's a day or i will just end up huriting my self and wont lose weight

exactly how many calories do you need per day? If its complex you might want to hire a trainer/nutritionists since they would know alot more than most of us but turkey and chicken might be the best for diets. Each piece has about 100 calories and 0.5 grams of fat. If you still need more calories try a wieght gainer that doesnt have a bunch of fat, you can find those at GNC for about $15 for a 1 month supply. Of course stay away from soda's and drink tons of water for faster results.

Ok then I'd recommend you go out and buy the Zone Diet by Barry something or other.

Good book, good diet that doesn't require you to compromise too much. Even McDonald's meals can be adjusted to fit the zone diet. Find out what you need from your doctor and then educate yourself. Once you change your lifestyle its going to be a breeze.

                                  Goodluck

Yea you should probably hire a trainer so that they can setup a diet and light workout plan to help your back. Its not anything that should be taken lightly since your back is pretty important to control your entire body.

Good luck finding one. I'm a certified PFT and I personally won't touch anyone with back problems. My insurance doesn't allow me to do so. He's going to pay a premium for that kind of trainer.
