I know its early and I am sure the craving will come back, but I am taking it day to day. I have made up my mind and using all the inner strength availlable to quit smoking. So far so good I have not jumped up to go buy any even though there are three smokers in the JRN office.

Drink lot's of green tea. I quit too (well cut wayyy back). It helps me. I've gone from 1.5 packs a day to 5 cigs tops per day. Been going since January 12. Good luck man!

1st three days are a motherfucker. Just get through them and it gets way easier.

Almost a year without cigarettes. Get some Nicorette (sp) gums, makes it much easier. Good luck ;)

I tried Sushi a couple of weeks ago and it was actually really good, so I've decided to give this non smoking this a try too. kinda sucks but smoking is becoming demonized, so before people start associating smokers with Child molesters instead of Dean Martin or Frank Sinatra, I'm gonna quit. but I'm a nice guy, really....

I did it one month ago, it was a piece of cake.

One thing I realized, it's harder contemplating quitting than it is to just quit. All that planning n shit, dont bother, just do it.

I swear, you will thank me later.
