Advice for impatient newby - turnkey sites?

Keen to get started in this game - any advice on "turnkey" sites eg yourpaysite.com - track record - anybody any experience - I'm slightly concerned that e-mails with fairly lightweight queries to them have not been answered and I see no phone no on site
