When did you start mensniche

MensNiche has been going for 3 years now, started with our oldest site www.penis-health.com and in this time it has still remained on of our best sellers. We have also in the last 3 years become one of the (if not the) biggest online penis enlargement networks.

Do pills work?

Ok so the pills are proven to do the following things, increase bloodflow to the penis and intern give harder, thicker penis, increase sperm (like eating nuts) and increase somebody?s sexual desire,

The pills alone will not bring permanent penis enlargement hence why all our products (pills, patches and devices) all come with an exercises program which do bring the gains. We do this not only to cover our own backs, after all we sell ?systems? that have proven results? but we do this to give much better upsell and cross sell opportunities for our surfers and of course our affiliates see this also.

Currently 1/3 people who purchase access to penis-health also then buy our pills.

Generally they all include the same type of stuff yes, different companies sell different amounts ingredients and different number of pills per bottle, but you will find that many of the things in the pills are the same, as far as manufactures there are a few good ones.

would you stay in the pills business for how long and why?

MensNiche will stay in the pill business for as long as there is a profit to be made, I personally believe that it is the same as porn, while there are guys that have penises and want them bigger we will have a job.

Myself however will be looking for other markets to expose and improve, I see myself in 5 years time running lots of businesses and MensNiche will just be on of them.

what is better pills or extenders?

Depends what you want, the extender we promote www.sizegenetics.com has lots of certificates and many doctors approve the device. This is not the same for all devices and we like to promote the best in order to reduce chargebacks and returns. But saying that we sell both the device and pills together so customers don?t have to make the choice they get both for the same price as people sell the device only.

do you use the products you sell?

Of course, I need to make sure what im selling is the best thing for my business and believe me some of the shit I gets sent I would not sell my worst enemy (well maybe I would) I have tried many different herbal Viagra?s etc that just did not work. I need to be confidant both my customers are going to be happy and buy other products we sell them and affiliates get a good down line.

Is the futute rosy for the online pills industry?

Yes, as long as there are guys and penises there will be some form of penis enlargement, many say that surgery will increase. Even if its not with pills the devices will sell on and demand will just shift to them.

how long do people have to take the pills to see affect?

is the natural pills regulated by the FDA?

No, as they are 100% herbal there is no FDA approval needed, however if for some reason this becomes a problem and the pill market dies we will just shift all our resources to the device or natural program.

who do you see as your biggest competition

LEC are our biggest competition they own VigRX who have a very strong name.

any new products coming out on your program for 2005

We are always trying to stay in front of the competition and the last 6 months have seen us improving our affiliate program so we now offer so much more than others. All you have to do is visit our affiliate forum to see how happy our affiliates are, as for new products, we have many thing up our sleeves that I don?t really want to say now, however the one thing is certain we will be targeting the gay community a little more in 05.

how long has mensniche been in business and do you have retail sales in stores?

3 years, and yes we work with many local stores one a one to one basis, but 99% of our business is done online.

where is the company head quartered and is that for any leagl reason?

Our company HQ is in Nottingham, England. There is no reason except this is were we live, we do have offices in the USA and Romania.

is shiping out of the country a problem and what do you do for customs?

We ship from the UK and USA. This brings our delivery time down to 3 days for both these countries and under 14 days for the rest of the world.

next. do buyers pay custom duties when they recieve the products in other countries

No they don?t have to pay any fees.

are your customers repeat orders?
We have recently done a survey (which you will get access to if you signup to our program) that suggests that a large number of customers have purchased before yes.

any new promotional material on the horizon?

We do offer more promotional material than ANY other penis enlargement sponsor hands down, we also have a booking system where affiliates can book our designers FREE of charge to make them site templates, custom banners etc. However yes we are always adding new promotional marital and when we get another designer in the offer (early next year) we will have one designer working full time just designing this content.

what would you do if the business collapses with legislation

Personally I don?t think it will happy as the products we promote have proven results just visit our customer forum to see the results? www.mens-network.com/forum/ these guys sware by it.

But if it did? I would say hell? that was good? now lets take this profit and the team we have built and work in the SMS market for example? there is so much money to be made on the internext and offline I don?t think I will ever be out of a job.

what do you like to see happen to the whole penis pill industry

I would like to see people become more educated about the possible products out there, I would like to see our company continue to grow at the same rate and I would like to see a more professional outlook on the penis enlargement industry. Sadly a few unprofessional companies put the whole industry in a bad light!

what do you do when not working?
My love is for football (soccer) and I play twice per week, I like to go out for a beer, I like to drive my car and I also like spending time with my girlfriend.

what percentage of refunds do you get

Our current percentage is 0.6% but we do offer a refund policy that helps? I suggest that anybody who sells products or services should offer this if you have a chargeback issue.

do you have your own merchant account?

Yes, we actually have 2 And 2 3rd party processors, we use a cascading solution to manage the 4 processors from the same order page and I strongly recommend spending time on billing as we have lost allot of money to it. We currently use Netbilling as our primary they are fantastic, but in the past we used PSW and lost over $400,000 to them! It nearly killed us as we still had to pay our affiliates, and im sure it would have killed some of our competition also.

what are the charge backs like and do you pass it back to the affiliates?

Ok as stated above our chargeback?s are less than 0.6% and yes we do, many people don?t like this but after a long discussion with our affiliates in our forum we all agree that this is the best thing for everyone. If an affiliate is sending quality traffic then they have nothing to worry about.

Yes our plans for 2005 is to create some guy tours and test them out, we will do a big push on this at internext in Florida and sponsor some gay events etc.

do you have email content?

We don?t actually allow email campaigns but if you hit me up on ICQ or email maybe we can sort something out.

Have you found a difference in conversions with the site layout, color scheme and placement of the various images in certain places?

Of course, all these little things make a difference however we try and work with our affiliates on more important things like content and sales text!

How do people convert so good? Are they unique webmasters or the average conversion ratio is that good?

Lot of competition, are you on good terms witht he other big program owners?

We try and get on with ALL our competition and we talk to most of them regularly, sometimes this is hard when your constantly trying to be the first our with new products but again we do try!

do you go to shows and is mensniche going to have a booth at Internext?

Yes we try and go to all the shows if we have time, however the point of a show is to meet new contacts and sometimes we are over worked as it is. This year we are having a booth at internext and we are sponsoring the players ball so yes we are having a big push in Jan. However we will spend the next 6 months after that working on the results found at internext.

Do you see yourself as an inovator or copy cat?

Ha-Ha, I suppose a mixture of the two, we find existing things that sell and make them better, e.g. the device we sell, fastsize was selling a shit load, so we decided to resell there device, however at MN we like to do thing better than anyone else so for the same price we give the surfers 4x more and pay our webmasters more also.

on your site you promote unique plugins, has that increased sales? Can we customize the feeds on our site?

Yes of course, use our booking system to book our designer to get custom banners made? its FREE. Its converting very well depends on traffic of course, but people looking for this product convert at about 1/30

how much research time does it take to bring a new product on the market for you guys?

Ok so from start to finish I would say 6 months for a proper job. This would include 2 months market research and investigation, 2 months development time front end site, backend systems, etc. and 2 months promotion to affiliates and continues improvements. However we have thrown out sites in less than 2 months before.

extenders, what do you think of their effectiveness and usefullness.

We try not to contact them after sale? but we have a customer support forum that we keep an eye on? plus returns are very low.

do you do other things apart from mensniche?

I?m very hands on, I spend about 12-14 hour per day working, this involves working with affiliates, helping the support team with any difficult questions, marketing our products/services, organizing internext, sorting out staff issues and recruiting new staff, creating new products/ideas, attending meetings and conferences and much more. do you like boards and does it make you money?

Boards have a purpose for sure, they are a massive resource and if I have any questions that?s were I go! You should use each board for its advantage, I use GFY if I need a quick answer to a simple question and I use netpond if I want a good debate with people that have more than 2 brain cells

do webmasters need 1 code for all the products you sell or multiple accounts for the different products.

Just one account, we give different linking code for each product but they work for all products, so if you send a surfer to one site and then goto another you will be credited for all sites.

No, they where the biggest devices re-seller, until we hit the market, we did allot of market research and after talking to our suppliers last week we are selling 4 devices for every one they sell.
