What's next for Google?

Here's an in depth article on the big picture in the upcoming wars between Google and MSN for control of search standards, your browser, desktop etc

I discovered the magazine on a recent plane trip and will definitely be adding it to my ever expanding "stuff I gotta read" list

Nice article. So very rare for anyone with a true clue to write and publish something about SE's - even if it's more business related than actual search results related. Usually all you get is a repeat of crap heard on various boards.

Good read. The author didn't really say anything though except watch out for the M$ boogy man. For Google to be successful they will have to remain relevant. If their serps degrade in quality any more then surfers will go to where they can find the most accurate search. And that won't be MSN.
