Do they have a log in url to the control panel on your site or is it on their site?

Again I know you are asking about Aplollo, I can suggest to take a look at ServerProvider, premium verio bandwidth, 100mbps ports, weekly backups, 24/7 on call tech support + 13 hours/day ICQ support.
