There are a lot of different ways you can have an affiliate program.
The most cost-effective & easiest way, in my opinion, is to use the software with CCBill.com. You can also go with NATS or the other ones such as MPA. Naturally, the prices vary and you will have to contact them all seperatly to find out which one is suitable for what you are doing. Not sure what you mean by "are there any options" but I would say the most robust software is NATS. Coincidentally it is also the most trusted for some reason. Good luck!
