epass card getting declined

my available balance is sufficient to make the purchase, and couple days ago I bought few things from them and now its getting declined all the time. I tried to use my epass card to buy some domains and it got declined too.
anyone had the same issue and what was the problem?

I used mine on Amazon.com a month or so ago. Just tried to use it on Amazon.com this week and they declined it about 15 times before I gave up and submitted another card.

Make sure you use Virtual Visa.

Visla Electron is for offline use only.

I haven't tried it anywhere else. Amazon is the only place I want to use it. Seems silly to get charged that $5.00 a year virtual VISA fee if you can't use the card on the one place you want to use it. At least I can still use it for P2P money transfers for content and hosting.

p2p may be my problem because couple days ago I did like 4x$500 transfers so I guess $500 limit was fucked up and thats why today they are declining all my transactions

With domains yes I have had a problem with it
and it was on the domain places end
it was there fraud control as the epass bank is based out of lativa I think and i was using my home address
and the processor saw it was a lativa bank and was trying to purchase something for an american card

but if you are getting declined in real life make sure the cashier is using your card as a CREDIT CARD not a DEBIT card

most of the time the problem is with the merchant . many times a site is online but they use offline merchant and you epass visa wont work .

Or if the merchant scrubs the card they will check on it by hand and do the auth offline , and it will be declined

Or its just a flub up. Never bought at amazon , but i haven't had any trouble anywhere else, although i usually have few hundred in there.

people only talk about the problems almost all the time, when something its fixed they forget about it and move on (which oddly wasn't the case)
