First week of March I'll have a room available for rent at my place here in San Diego. Pretty good location, easy to access, highway access is two blocks away, TONS of stores and malls within 3 mile radius, just minutes away from SDSU, in a more "family oriented" neighborhood.

House specs:
Front yard and back yard
Garage
Off-street parking (driveway)
Enclosed back patio
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom
Spacious living room and dining room
Washer and dryer

Hmm... what am I forgetting. Pretty much everything is included except furniture for your room. Of course cable Internet access. Will be setting up wireless soon. Digital cable. Blah, blah, blah.

No pets and no smoking. Otherwise I'm pretty lenient. No slobs. My house is fairly clean, I'd like to keep it that way. Someone in their early 20's would be preferred. I HATE drama, so none of that either please.
