it was maybe some short error, its ok on my side now too.
i got this message before, when i tried to load their sites:
Warning: main(tier.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /web/php/sites/scripts/index.php on line 13

Well you can't expect them to have 100% uptime - no one does, and with the amount of affiliates they have of course any down time will be noticed
