a brief description would be

2 Many DJs are Belgian brothers Steven and David Dewaele, better known as the guitar band Soulwax. On the side they do a bit of DJing and have ended up with regular slot on Belgium's equivalent to Radio 1. Rather than just beat-mix one track into the next, they created a cut and paste musical collage.

It's taken them three years to persuade PIAS to let them put out a compilation album recreating what they do on radio. A total of 187 tracks were considered, forty-five different record companies were contacted and approval for 114 tracks was gained. It's not a mix for the faint hearted, it's pretty full on, including snippets from Salt n Pepper, Basement Jaxx, Destiny's Child and the Velvet Underground, which should give you some idea of how eclectic it is.
