Software to do audio dubbing over video?
Anyone know what is good to use to add voice overs to video? Looking for something I can watch the video and do a voice over in real time and have the video and new audio saved to a new file.
Have some great videos that the audio had some serious problems. So I want to try to recreate the audio. Hugs, Danielle |

Pinnacle Studio 9 is a decent starter solution for video editing...
Has sound effect and music layers for your videos.. in addition to adjustments for the videos sound/volume
