I guess I'll have to open internet exploder for the first time in a LOOOONNNNGGG time.

i didn't notice it at first because i scroll down almost always when the page opens .... it is a great ad ... if possible I'd make it follow down the first 8th of the page ... the movement or lack of would have made me notice it ... :thumbsup

start Internet Explorer and move your mouse to the upper right hand corner of the page.

I like it, but after 35 times it started to irritate me

For what it's worth, I'm using IE and all I get is a "frame" that covers the approx. 1/3 top of the first page and NOTHING visible through it is clickable. And, since it's showing as an empty frame, I can't close it. So, it's just a PITA for me. Guess someone needed to share their "artsy/craftsy" side.

Yepm it's designed for IE. Firefox doesn't like the overlay.
