Rephase: S Corp, LTD whichs gives more protection?
For shooting personal content, web hosting, design, and having only 2-10 employees. No shares, would a LTD, S Corp or Corp be best? I plan on talking to a lawyer, but first I wanted to get GFY?s input first..
Thanks |
