Thats an understatement if I ever heard one, the last gallery you did for us turned out outstanding! If I can learn to make galleries like that I will be a very happy camper. I personally think your gallery should have a picture of you somewhere so that the surfer can see you and get to know you. The next time they see a gallery of yours they may say to themselves "oh I remember this girl, she's pretty cute" and proceed to check out your tour.

looks ok for a first
my advice is to get your thumbs more clear, cap them from the raw avi if you have them or can get them (make sure its on a frame with no motion blur too!)
next most important thing is to make your link jump out more, needs more contrast, spread those thumbs out a bit and put it in the middle or higher where it can be seen better.
oh and using the "join" word on a gallery is not so good for CTRComment
