How do you find out who hosts these sites?

Here's my requirements in order of appearance:

? Strong Host. :banana
? Cpanel
? 1000 MB STORAGE
? WHATEVER BANDWIDTH (I have yet to go over 40 GB)
? $19.99

Unmetered just means that you can use as much as you want, but if it causes massive server slow down, Ill cap the connections until the server speeds up again. It hasnt happened yet, and its up to you to decide if you want to go with it. Again, it hasnt happened and I dont think it ever will. But I have other hostees that I worry about. And if your usage gets to be so much that it may shut down the server, then what else can I do? I would do it to another hostee that threatened taking your site down too.. In my opinion its a safety feature.

As far as what would I do in that particular legal situation.. I would write her lawyers back and tell them that I would be more then happy to oblige them if they presented me with a law saying it was illegal. Whilst getting in contact with you to let you know that I may have to ask you to take them down. Its all a servermaster can do.

It's not the $$$ when it comes to hosts. It's the stability and reliability. No matter how much $$$ you got, if your hosts couldn't keep up with your requirements, your $$$ is dick.

Still, having a cheapo isn't bad.

It's never been an issue with me. Just less than 1 hour ago, I tipped my host (separate non-adult site) a 20 spot for a job well done.

If she hosted adult, I'd move all my shit over there in a heartbeat cos she rocks- and tells Michael Jackson's lawyers to fuck off.

Gotta love all these hosts fighting to get the business of a self-admitted copyright infringing website.. It does add a lot of credibility to your operations.. It's like affiliate programs fighting to get a spammer's traffic...

But since they renegged on that agreement and tod me to remove the banner, I guess I'm A CRIMINAL.
