But we have a problem..

Bootyologist picked I bet Zero and BDJUF failed to pick an amount picked for the tie breaker..

The fact of who posted FIRST doesnt matter.. The decsion if it is indeed a tie by the rules goes to the tie breaker answer..

Now we must ask ourselves, does not choosing a tiebreaker score in the case of BDJUF equal to that of Bootyoliogist making effort in picking a tiebreaker score but picking only zero??

We could get into this and argue it to death im sure..

Zero is a legitimate answer in my mind. Like the price is right , zero wins a lot of the time. Let's say you made a $2000 bet, I picked zero and he picked $5000, is zero not closer than $5000?

Actually, it makes a big difference ZERO or ONE. Why? Because I run a football pools every year, and we use total points of certain games as a tiebreaker. As a default, the person who doesn't submit a tiebreaker score gets ZERO as his tiebreaker score.

If I were judging this contest based on the rules provided, I would call it a TIE - because zero was your guess, and I would assume bdjuf's guess was zero also (default). So entering $1 would be much different than zero...

But I'm not judging. So it doesn't matter what I think...

...so I'll just bow out now.
