i don't know why pool.com uses these unheard of registars but anyways, i tried renewing my domains with these guys 'domainthenet.com' but the username and pass i was given when i got the domains no longer works, and support never replies. has anyone had any success contacting these guys? if all else fails i guess i'll have to call but im not crazy about calling since they are in israel.
