most of you guys dunno but since a few weeks MOT/APK dbases are public : and guess what : his car wasnt approved road worthy, meaning either its not his at all and indeed a carwreck or hes just plain stupid driving around in a car thats not approved, hence they wont cough up

nothing but the APK is too late, meaning his car isnt approved (have to get that yearly here in holland), meaning if he crashes or gets into a carcrash with anyone else hes not insured
