From: "dick bush" <[email protected]> | Block Address | Add to Address Book Subject: press release To: blahblah 1-900-454-6294 CALL OSAM BIN LADIN Los Angeles-based Internet radio station, ROCKNROLLSTATION.COM, has set up a 900 number for Americans to leave messages for Osama Bin Laden. At a cost of $1.99 per minute, the American public can voice Its outrage over the tragedy on September 11th and the ongoing war in Afghanistan. Owner of the station, Mickey Kravitz, has said that the station will put the messages on cassette tape and try to deliver the messages to the Taliban. Additionally, the voice messages will be posted in mp3 format on the site so that the public may access and listen to them at no charge. Kravitz said, "Lets tell this son of a bitch what we think of him." A portion of the proceeds will go to charity to aid in the New York tragedy. Information on the station: ROCKNROLLSTATION.COM is a live, Internet-only hard rock and metal station. The station offers live audio, live video, interviews, chatroom, news and reviews. The station was established by Mickey Kravitz and Andrew Horvath in November 1999 and since that time has built a very strong following from word of mouth and live artist interviews. Past interviews include Guns 'n' Roses' guitarist Slash, Rush's Geddy Lee, Def Leppard, AC/DC, Telsa, W.A.S.P., LA Guns, and Bruce Kulick from KISS. The station has a free-form, request-driven format, playing hard rock and metal from the 70's through today, including some more obscure tracks not normally heard on corporate radio. |
