obviously, if you just want to lease and harvest the traffic, then the lease option makes no sense. if you can buildout and pound sales in with partners, then the fee becomes minimal over time with your own growth.

So what am i missing here. I lease it for 5K a month and get 800 uniques a day. Which you admit isn't worth it if i just sit on it. So i am suppose to pound the hell out of the domain, throw more cash at advertising it, hope to make a few dollars if i am lucky enough to break even. brande the hell out of a domain name I don't own and then when my lease is up I hand back a domain that is now worth a lot more because of all the hardwork i did ?

I consider myself to be somewhat of a savy guy so please edumoncate me.
