Usually - yes. Especially if a buyer is strictly interested in the number of type-ins. But as XPays proved with Pornstar.com - there are always domains that have type-in love and resell love due to the rarity and novelty of short and common type-in domains.

So the value- is type-ins today, resell value later. I am sure this is not new to most people here.

i think 250k is kinda high, but you cant value this domain on the 800 typeins a day. its extremely brandable, a good name, and only one word.

some simple math - Acquisition cost: $250 k, Sample Revenue for a few years: Several hundred k, Resell price: More than you paid.
