I have no personal experience with blogs but I'm pretty sure it converts traffic better than tgps

I like my blog/tgp.
BUT the answer really depends on each site specifically. Its like asking which is faster..a ford or a chevy..you need more info to answer correctly.

a blog is more targeted a tgp will get more traffic a lot of the time.
