I used to listen to music before I fall asleep , used a timer that shutted my music off after a while when I was asleep

I can't sleep with music because my brain pays too much attention to it and waits for the next song. I do however listen to talk/news based radio while I sleep.

hmm... i went to bed at 6 am and decided to give the Sleepbot channel a try. it woke me up at 8 am and now i've been up for 45 mins.

LoooooooOL it was probably too loud

sometimes they have some wierd conversations like a old grandma saying numbers and eating a apple ... very wierd but makes me sleep! haha

wasn't loud at all. in fact, it was barely audible over my earplugs.

i think what happens is that at some point in my sleep, i become conscious of the sounds and they wake me up.

i have no problem falling asleep to the sounds or to music, but it has to stop playing after i fall asleep, or else it'll eventually wake me up. i used to fall asleep listening to kid koala all the time

hmmm maybe have it set to a timer so it automatically shuts off in 1hr or so
