Don't you HATE when u wake up in the middle of the night and u can't go back to Sleep
It happens to me like once a week
 tossing, turning, thinking, turn on tv, turn off tv, and them you wake up thinking how many hours did i sleep  |

It happens to me and I hate it.. I lay there kicking and tossing and turning, and then every noise I hear keeps me up, usually I can fall right to sleep no problem.
I just lay there, or sometimes on a rare occassion I will get up and do a few things then get back in bed, and I fall right to sleep again. |

I guess I'm fortunate in that my schedule is very flexible. I pretty much work 24/7 with rest any time it feels like a good idea.
Sleeping when you are tired is much more effective (and efficient) than trying to sleep to stay to a schedule (9-5). -Dino |
