EU Payout Update
As previously stated, we have established a relationship with Credit Suisse; however, we are still in the process of setting up a bank account. Please be assured that we have every intention of paying our clients as soon as the Credit Suisse account is setup and the funds are received from our European processor. Another update will be provided by Wednesday February 9, 2005.

US, RevShare and Catalog Payout Update
Currently we are not in a position to provide a date on outstanding US, RevShare and Catalog Payouts. As soon as we have more information an update will be provided. Please be assured we have every intention of paying our clients.

What happened to the "moving forward"?? Was the parrott who wrote that just too embarassing?

OK... I'm with ya 100% iBill - I know you have "every intention of paying" - I never doubted that!

It's "Credit Suisse" that is to blame for all the delays. I know - they take so fucking long to set up an account. That's why they are known as a nation of bankers and others use em :-)

Thanks for the extra post - it adds to stuff a judge can review.

Why even mention "outstanding" when they are incapable of even paying out the current due amounts? Where is the money collected but not paid out up to this time??
