    Two mainstreamish and one porn domain for sale/development

    I've had these sitting around for quite a while. I keep meaning to do something with them but somehow I never get around to it. I've mentioned them in a few other threads and as I said in those threads, I am also open to some kind of co-development deal. I am not desperate to sell these off but I would really like to see something being done with them and I don't have the time or resources right now.

    COCKTOBERFEST.COM - I registered this with visions of Spring Break reality sites dancing in my head. This domain would be especially awesome for a gay party or group site.

    ABOUTBETTING.COM - I really want to turn this into a major gambling portal with affiliate links to online casinos and poker sites, gambling-related articles, possibly a BBS, etc, but I don't have the time to write all the articles or develop the site to the degree it deserves.

    FASTVACATION.COM - I picked this one up just because it has so much potential. I don't really know anything about the travel industry, though.
