    fast usenet server? (optonline sucks)

    i jus got optimum online. Ive got almost 9mb download speed, but i just checked my usenet speed and optonlines servers blow. Its hardly half a meg.

    What are some good premium usenet servers out there, that are really fast?
    SIG TOO SMALL! Maximum 1200x600 button and no more than 30 text lines of ALL SIZES and COLORS. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 6240x4800 instead of a 1024x800.

          I have peering relationships with a number of them (easynews,newscene,alt.net, etc.) Buzzardnews smokes almost everyone.

              giganews is not fast. Optimumonline proves it. They outsource their news to giganews. At least they did. Regardless, giganews blows.

                  i would relaly hate to hvae to pay for a newsgroup
                  i want a free one i can get the howard stern one that i can dl his shows from

                      Search newzbot look for a public server that carries a large number of groups (over 30k should carry his) Keep in mind the speed will be horrible on a public server.
