I discovered http://www.hush-hush.com a while back and have been following it for a little while. It clearly has underage girls and completely unauthorized content. Pre-teens are being recorded and resold for profit. I'm not familiar with Australian laws on adult content, but I'm pretty sure their disclaimer is bogus (it says that models only need to be over the age of 16).My question is: how come this site hasn't been shut down yet? What do you guys think?

Lots of countries allow for models that are 16 to poss topless and for those under 18 to pose nude. Will take a stab in the dark about the site since I am not going to visit, but guessing its a nude only site that uses such laws.Comment

yeah, it's true that australian laws only requires 16 years and older..
American's just have to stop themselves from paying for access there, since they're not allowed to view it!
But yeah, assuming that hush-hush was legally provided those pictures, it would be legal.. chances are they aren't authorized by the picture's true owners
