This is a fake pic. I know I have seen this Toy soldier for sale before. The gun is fake also. Look how it sticks into the picture. The whole pic has the feel of a miniature set. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a toy Stormtrooper on the other end of that gun.
Surprised that the news organizations and Matt Drudge are so desperate to be first with a big story that they don't even take the time to look at a picture closely.
