need glasses
went to get my eyes checked out yesterday the optometrist said i need to get glasses . 8 years of being behind the comp started to mess up my eye sight

It happens to everyone between about 35-50, it doesn't necessarily have anything to do with working at a computer. Our eyes just lose elasticity as we grow older, just like everything else on our bodies; skin, joints, etc.
Computer screen length is a difficult place for your eyes to focus though, so eye strain is definitely an occupational hazard in this job. It's awesome that you went and had your eyes checked...everyone should do it yearly.

Yeah dam computers can screw your sight. I already use glasses when i´m infront of it just to prevent from future damage.
