Any Comic Book readers out there?

Come on, I know you're out there... What is your favorite title? What do you collect on a regular basis? Do you have a favorite all time story or writer or artist?

I collect mostly Batman and Spider-Man titles now, with Ultimate Spider-Man being my favorite. My favorite story is probably Batman: The Killing Joke. I also highly enjoyed the series Preacher from Vertigo, Bone by Jeff Smith, and Transmetropolitan also from Vertigo...

I used to keep up with 100 Bullets, but it's been about a year or so.

I love anything by Frank Miller or Neil Gaiman.

Bone was with Image, then went back to being an independant... But after 55 issues (and a few spin-offs), Bone finally ended in 2004. They collected the entire series into a MASSIVE trade paperback that is like 2200 pages or something and sells for like $40 on-line. Makes a great paperweight if nothing else!

I used to collect Superman and Spider-man mostly. I have about 1800 comics left in my collection. I have 5 books in near mint of the flash back in the day within the first 30 issues.

I love reading Batman. And an Indian comic titled "Supandi" which is published in "Tinkle", an Indian magazine which has many interesting stories from history and mythology.

Regards,

JohnShinil.
