Sorry you had a bad experience with jack in the box boneprone.

I just read this thread, or would have let you know, j.i.t.b. has had at least 3 major e-coli outbreaks in the last 7 years.

All different franchises in different states, and supposedly from different meat processors, but...

with that record... I will always pass on them.

Just a question...every day and every night I see everyone bitch about this and that...and how you are going to fix the wrongdoer for good... The words "paper tigers" comes to mind...

And, what if one of those surfers out there took exception to you tricking them into buying a membership through one of the FREE VIP offers or other tricks of the trade...Guess they are in their rights to "shut you down". Whats wrong my little "angels"...don't like it when someone plays you at your own game...suck it up princess.

Actually I'll get to this one before Zilla does. Matrix has a very strong relationship with Zilla, and he's done us a ton of favors, and we've helped him out to, however he absolutely refuses to push Matrix Bucks either through Banner spots, or galleries, because he believes our "Free Join" program takes advantage of his surfers. So regardless of how good of friends we are, he won't promote us. On one hand, we lose out on money, but at the same time, you have to respect a man that looks out for the surfers that much.

Zilla, I work with Jeff, you haven't met me yet, but my real name is Justin, and my ICQ is 7556924 if you ever want to get in touch.

Ok...And what about those inicent people who DO buy NAMES with their hard earned money ....With no malicious intent toward anyone else who thinkgs the name I bought is stealing there traffic?

For instance I bought a name....(fanbased site) non-profit Didn't know about the cybersquatting laws until I recieved a letter from the lawyers....saying they WANT MY NAME...That I paid for...

And say I don't have the income to fight them....Is it fair to just steal my name just because they have the money to throw around?

I feel it's wrong and thief of my rights and name....It's not my damn fault they didn't think to register it. and it's not MY fault that the registrar let me registrar it. So who do you think is liable? ME? The registar?

I say neither....for the simple fact I BOUGHT IT WITH MY MONEY....With no malicious intent in mind what so ever.

Now just because my search engines placement is number 1 , I have to give my name to them...FUCK THAT SHIT

It is really starting to mushroom. People are getting fed up with it. And, yes, eventually that could cause the downfall of the adult internet.
The only real cybersquatting issue that is causing problems is when non adult names and names that are clearly targeted to kids are sent to porn sites.

And wanna know whats more useless than tgp traffic? typo traffic :winkwink:

If you guys ever come up to the Toronto area you have to try Licks burgers, they blow away any other burgers :thumbsup

Britneyspearsnude.com may be malicious beings it is a celebrity and someone wants to profit on the name.

But for those sites that have been bought say like barbiedollcollector.com ....with no intent on using the site for profit....someone who just collects dolls and offer a classified for others to communicate of dolls they have is not mailicious. Because there is no intent on profiting from the site.

of course that was an example. But for real even fan site sites ...band sites. If they are being bought for malicious purposes yes.....BUT the law is too broad in description.....it also says if your making a profit it's cybersquatting if not then it's not...

But yet they still want a name I have bought....with not malicious intent for profit. the law is too broad in what is allowed and what is not. and to the people who buy names not for malicious purposes always get screwed:2 cents:
