The living cost over there isn't expensive at all. But for the second and 3rd question I'm not very sure I know they have broadband and all but I don't know the price nor the reliabily. As for the last question I have no idea...

1) I'm sure it's pretty cheap.
2) Fast, not expensive, reliable, not sure how easy to get it.
3) Depends on your country of origin I guess, google will help you.

well, the good thing in vietnam is, there is wifi almost everywhere in big cities, eg. see this shitty cafe:http://vanek6.rajce.idnes.cz/VIETNAM.../#DSC_7794.jpg
and most of them are unsecured.
while vietnam is 3th world country, when it comes to the internet, its one of the best countries i have ever been too.

i was there last year - have some friends who live there

1. pretty cheap unless you stay in areas that are build specifically for foreigners, getting more expensive, but still relatively cheap - might want tot look up expat info for cost samples - hotel room is like 5-10 a night at "reg" places

2 and 3. slow, also monitored and blocked - one guy i know has unrestricted access but not sure how he got it, looks like your doing mainstream so no worries but for porn they will bust you hard, they censor and monitor and if you fuck around with something they don't like jail or kill you pretty much

it's illegal to have or view porn there - 30 people recently were busted for just being registered members of an adult forum, the owners jailed
