What's a good non-adult host?

I'm looking to start some non-adult sites such as vacation and real estate sites, blogs, etc. What's a good non-adult host that includes instant script installation and all that jazz?

Unlimited domains, several ip addresses, a decent amount of hard drive space, and maybe 100 gigs of transfer to start since the sites will have no traffic at all for a few months and aren't going to be high bandwidth sites when they do get traffic.

I have tried hosting non-adult sites on adult hosts and even if they have a separate ip block for the non-adult stuff, at some point some one usually fucks up and gets the non-adult IP block banned from government buildings, schools, and offices by getting on the adult filter lists.

Also, a lot of non-adult hosts are already set up to auto-install blogs and content management scripts with the click of a button instead of me spending an hour installing the stuff myself.
