I got a question for you.. I am getting my aliases set up now do I need to add this folder on this domain http://tour.dirtydanza.com/track/NzozOjE/

It is not a subdomain, it is a ServerAlias that points to your /nats directory. Everything you need will be in that directory so beyond setting up the ServerAlias (linkdomain) there is nothing further
